3 overripe medium sized bananas

100 g soy yogurt

100 g raw sugar

73 g olive oil

1 tsp ACV

1 tbsp maple syrup

230 g oat flour (mix regular flour + nut mehl)

2 tsp cinnamon

1.5 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

155 g maple syrup

2 (flax) eggs

2-3 mashed ripe bananas

56 g almond milk

180 g oat flour

40 g almond flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
