Tomato soup
Sautee with olive oil
2 onions
Til they’re golden brown
Then add
3 garlic cloves (Chopped)
2 min later, add:
2 tins diced tomatoes – 400g each?
500g tomato pasada (juice?)
Gemusebrühe – 2 tsps maybe
Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes
Stir occasionally so bottom doesnt burn
Add 200mL oat cream
Then stabmix
Then add
800g white beans
Add salt and pepper to taste (and basilikum if you want)
Add 1 tbsp yeast
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
